WHDLoad wont install

Hi i have just followed instructions on how to install WHDLoad on my Amiga 600,i am sure i have installed it correctly ,but i keep getting a ,message saying ,unable to open tool installer,and i am not sure where to go from here ,my amiga has 3.1 rom and extra memory and runs real well ,i have double checked every thing and cant find any thing wrong ,any help please Brian.

You need a newer installer by the looks of it.

First extract the Installerarchive. Then copy Installer43_3/installer to C:

If you are using workbench 3, the installer program is in the c directory of the install disk. It doesn't get copied over during installation for some reason but you can copy it manually to the c directory of your workbench partition of your hard drive.
