Doom saga
« on: December 12, 2012, 06:22:50 AM »
Well here we go...

Boom - Causes recoverable errors, gets stuck in a loop. If I keep clicking the left mouse button on the recoverable error message I can see glimpses of the level loaded.

Doom attack - Keeps saying the stack size is too low even though I've set it to 40,956

Adoom - reports that the status bar is missing and wont load any further.

This is all under WinUAE ;-)

Will try the others and post my outcome here :-)

I don't know why you didn't just give Boom a whirl on your real Amiga, it's really easy to get running (even I managed it).
Life begins at 100 MIPS!

Nice Ports on AmiNet!

@Bamiga... I know, I know.. feel kind of wrong but I got some Doom time in.

@NovaCoder Still waiting for my ACA1231 so can't really run it on the A1200, well not sure it would be that playable with 2MB RAM and the 68020 :-)

Boom just doesn't want to run under WinUAE for me :-/
