This wasn't censorship, though - this was just playground insults at the end.
This is a forum about Amigas - if you don't cut threads which descend into petty name-calling like that one, you end up with Moobunny, and that's really not a good thing.

Not to point names but it seemed to go downhill when takemehomegrandma starting posting.
Even my cat doesn\'t like me.

I don't think TMHG was really at fault though. In fact, for him he was relatively restrained about OS4 :) I think the problem was the reaction to his posting.

And then Dammy posted and the feathers really started to fly. :) It wasn't any one person to blame, though.

I'd agree with the thought that "No one is to blame" in starting it, but it seems most of those involved are more then happy to jump into anything that looks like a fight, take anything as an insult and retaliate.

If even seemingly rude, crass or hostile responses are ignored or replied to civilly, most of this would be nipped in the bud w/o moderator intervention.

Remember, it takes two to tango...:swords:
AMIGA: (NOUN) THE FIRST COMPUTER THAT BRIDGED THE GAP BETWEEN HUMANITY AND TECHNOLOGY.

@thread

Take a piece of friendly advice. Whatever beefs started in the original thread, don't continue them here. I'm very busy, but the thread is in the moderation queue and there's quite enough TOS violations in there for a ban or two.

Learn to live with the fact that this forum is for amiga users of all flavours, respect their choices and not get embroiled in petty tit-for-tat personal insults or find a different forum.

This thread is now closed.
