From the FAQ in the readme for TwittAmiga on Aminet:

Question: Where can I find the needed libraries?
Solution: Most can be found on aminet. The xml2.library can be downloaded here:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/amiga/files/shared-libs/xml2.library-4.0/
