Few weeks ago Amiga Inc. released several Amiga games on Blackberry App World. Maybe that is the connection!?

Why do people seem to believe McBill is involved in this at all?  Do you REALLY think that Amiga Snowman Maker was something on a resume that would catch the eye of a major player like RIM?  Jesus, that's like saying Microsoft just hired Barry of C-USA to replace Gates.

McBill is a copyright and trademark squatter, never done anything technical in his life.

A.org sometimes just blows my mind with all the stupid stories.  Moobunny, I expect that, but you guys fall for it hook, line and sinker.  You find a matching name with a completely different pic and 2 +2 = potato and here we go again.  What would McBill have to offer RIM?  Truck driver?

Did you also see Elvis and Bigfoot on the same city bus today?  lol

Say that out loud, folks.  McBill buying the scraps of Blackberry....

With what, buttons and a smile?  You *DO* realize RIM netted nearly 3 Billion dollars this past quarter, right?  I don't think an IOU will cover that, no matter how charming McBill may be.

And the 5 people in the world who have a mutual interest of Amiga's and Blackberry's that wanted a snowman maker or a hideously wrapped emu Amiga game even heard about it :)

You will also note that these BB App World games are solely for the Playbook.  You know, the most expensive paperweight around.  The local telco was selling the high end ones for $150 and couldn't get rid of them.  I've got a buddy, a real huge fan of Blackberry devices.  Has owned every BB phone, pager, every RIM device ever made.  If you offered him $10,000 and a free non RIM smartphone, he'd laugh in your face.  He's go down with the ship, but I found his comments about the Playbook hysterical.  he bought 2 of them when they launched, one for him and one for his wife.  About a month later he finally cracked and told me it'd been in a drawer, unused for 2 weeks and he said "The Playbook is to RIM what Ping and the Newton were to Apple, should have saved my money".  :)

A big part of RIM's trouble is that companies went from "we'll buy you a blackberry" to "you buy your own smart phone". Simple way to reduce budget by 200 bucks per employee.

With that, people went for the phones they use elsewhere.

Do you seriously think that the name Bill McEwen with the company name Amiga being shown on the video days after Amiga releases a line of games for the Blackberry is a coincidence?

Really?

Not saying its anything major, but clearly it's not a coincidence.
