Amiga OS3.9 installation

I have Installer from aminet (latest version up there) and I've tried installer from 3.9 CD, but I always get same error.

"Could not open Window"

this popsup after an orange/yellow gradient screen popsup, then after I click "ok" both screen and the message dissapear.

This annoys me mightily  :-x  .  Anyone know how to fix it or somehow otherwise Easily install OS3.9?

PS: I have an Amiga 2000, SupraRAM w/ 2megRAM, Retina Z2 (4 meg version), Catweasel S2(IDE/floppy controller), PP&S 040 w/ 32megRAM, and 1 meg chip

do you use the "rescue" floppy?
Think, that it's the Setpatch and ROMupdate problem..
dunno, but you might try do copy the setpatch and Amiga ROM Update from cd, and boot with that new setpatch/update file, and then try to install it..

uhm.. forgot to mention: backup your original setpatch command.. just for sure :-)
