Chameleon looks interesting, but I don't have a C64 and the Replay board looks like a better Amiga emulator.
If you want the Amiga more than the C64 then I'd go the FPGA Arcade route as it provides an AGA machine. I'm also hoping we get a C64 core for the FPGA Arcade. There is a VIC-20 core already.
I have both so I have no bias. I really use the Chamelon as an expanded C64 while my FPGA Arcade is purely used as an Amiga.
