Same here...I use my A1200T/060 for my main machine (decked out with a mediator voodoo3/sb/ethernet combo) and invariably find myself being forced to use the PC for some heavy duty work at times. It's neither fun, enjoyable, or a pleasant experience.
The lack of 'good' customisation as compared to the Amiga is a downer - no Arexx scripting, no DOpus Magellan (yes, I have tried Opus6 for PC, and it's not the same, or even a close, experience), lack of 'decent' seperate screens with ease of switching back and forth like 'LeftAmiga-M' does, etc. The best thing about the AmigaOS for me is being able to 'hack' on the features I'd like to add with a simple script...Windows just isn't as flexible in that department.
But, I even get that 'warm fuzzy feeling' when booting up my other less-expanded Amigas. I have an A3000, 3 A500's, an A2000, an unexpanded A1200, and a CDTV all which give me a good comfortable feeling even simply booting up into WB1.3, 2.04, and 3.0/3.1 (without DOpus Magellan)
And when something goes wrong on the software side of the Amiga it's easy to tinker with and repair. Libraries in LIBS:, devices in DEVS:, commands in C:, startup scripts in S:, etc instead of countless, obscure, cryptically named .DLL files in the Windows world as well as a just as bizarre 'registry' that's easily mussed up.
Some of my PC friends (as well as some of my ex-Amigans) think I'm pretty nuts for maintaining my A1200T as my main setup, but I wouldn't have it any other way. I hope to someday build a nice PegII system, and possibly an Amithlon PC box to extend the life of my AmigaOS(or future MorphOS) usage.
