Using MAC Slot loading DVD drive in an Original Xbox

I'm working on a project that requires slot loading DVD drives. I found these:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=250980008052&ssPageName=ADME:X:eRTM:US:1123
But I have no clue if they use industry standard connections. I've scoured the innerwebz but came up ziltch. Any clues?
