DefIcons keeps loading on boot

Every time i reboot DefIcons Preferences loads up.

Is there some setting i need to do?

Newly (1 hour ago) installed OS3.9

Load s:user-startup into a text editor, search for DefIcons and NewIcons and remove them (if present).
