I recently bought a Commodore Vic-20 and 64c. I am mostly searching for Power Adapters, Disk Drives and Software, but everything will be considered. Please PM me with offers and discriptions.

Thanks

I'm an old Commodore 64 user but I see you only have five posts.  Please tell us more about you.

Got lots of 8-bit Commodore stuff here in my shop stock, but I'm in the UK... I presume that's no use to you...?

@ChuckT:

Sorry about my lack of posts, let me introduce myself!

I am a vintage computer collector and I also buy, sell, fix and build newer ones. I also have a gaming collection, which consists of about 50 game consoles. As far as vintage computer collecting goes, I have about 30 macs, 20 PCs and a couple Commodores (Just starting to really get into these). I plan on buying an Amiga one of these days, but it will have to be when I have enough time to find one and make upgrades (Because of School, Work, Extra Curricular Activities, etc). Aside from that, there is not much else that I do. Computers are my work and my play. Maybe I should get out more...

Anyways, I am in South Texas, so most "Vintage" Computers seem hard to find. I hope that this website and any others that I might join will help me increase the "Specimens" of my collection and give me a bit of info or two.

Glad to meet you guys!

Welcome! If you don't have the greatest luck tracking down wares here, there's also amibay.com, but it's comprised mostly of British and European users. Scattered Americans though with a high chance of rain.  :lol:

What do you exactly need?  I can check in our club storage.

Hi,

@the retrogamingroom

[Anyways, I am in South Texas]

HMMM!!!

What did they do let a bunch of steers out of the pen, or are they finally teaching Texans on how to use computer's. I wonder if he is a Dallas Cowboy fan?

Anywho, I only have one C64 and floppy disc player, sorry I really can't help you on the hardware side, but I may have an old power supply somewhere up in the attic, but I cut the plug off for my A1200 tower.

PITTSBURGH STEELERS ROCK!!!

AND

I don't see any horns on your head either.

It would be helpful if you could be more specific, particularly in terms of software.  Many of us have literally hundreds (even thousands) of titles and we don't want to spend a ton of time making a list just for this thread.

Have you heard about the Chameleon64 cartridge?

I have one plugged into my C64C and as well as giving your classic C64 a boost, it adds lots of other functions (built in cartridges, emulation of other computers, Infra Red joypad, floppy & tape emulation from files, etc).

http://www.syntiac.com/chameleon.html
A2000, A3000, 2 x A1200T, A1200, A4000Tower & Mediator, CD32, VIC-20, C64, C128, C128D, PET 8032, Minimig & ARM, C-One, FPGA Arcade... and AmigaOne X1000.

Are these largely available yet or did you get an early edition?
