SACC Dec Meet
« on: December 05, 2011, 07:30:29 PM »
Hi all,

It's time for our SACC holiday meeting today, December 5, 2011 at the Sylvan
Oaks Library.  Bring yourself, a favorite holiday food (through the side
door, please!) and some memories of AmiWest 2011 that we can collect and
report.

Hopefully we can get a few projects going that will be of mutual benefit
during the coming year.  See you around 7:30 PM at the Library!

P.S. - Sorry about the late notice.  I've installed a new hard drive and it
took longer to get it working than anticipated.  See you tonight!

How did the meeting go?

I am driving North to the Bay area to visit my Son and Grandson for Christmas for a few days and will be bringing a few items that a couple of users in that area want to buy.  If there are any more of you that live in Sacramento, or the Bay area that want to purchase any of my Amiga gear, let me know what you are looking for and I will check to see if I have it.

This will save on shipping costs and the risk of damage by postal, or UPS drivers.

Also, if anyone wants to get together for a little informal Amiga meeting during one of the days right before Christmas, or a couple of days after Christmas, let me know.  I will have my G4 PowerBooks with MorphOS3.0 beta installed to show, or can also bring my FPGA Arcade Replay board to play around with.

If my back allows me, I will then be driving from the Bay area to Salt Lake City in Utah to visit relatives, so I will be traveling on I-80 and can stop to see anyone along that path on my way to Utah a day or two after Christmas.
How are you helping the Amiga community? :)
