You have to take things slow but also remember people have their own ideas they want to make into reality and being in a group sometimes gets in the way of making your own dream games in your mind.

I'm sure some of those people you mention will join when they have their own projects under control and progressing well.

:)

It seems perfect,

But if for example someone says blablabla blablabla I'll help you, and them do nothing that's what I find pathetic.

It is better to remain quietly and do not build castles in the air which then can not do.

Firstly, this came out of nowhere. People have real lives and not everyone is able to drop everything instantly becuae you want them to. Give them time, and once the dust settles and people actually have time to focus on thier hobbies you might find those interested will start joining in more.
Secondly, complaining in every 2nd post, both here and on the actual site about people refusing to be slaves to you isnt the best way to keep people interested.

Thirdly, a word of warning to anyone considering joining,... if you have your own projects youd like to do outside of this apparent dictatorship, simply dont join.
I spent the best part of a week working many hours a day on a simple puzzle game to try to get the creative juices flowing again, as a precursor to a bigger project I want to create. I looked for some outside help so I'd have a ready made project to contribute (as he himself mentioned many times there's little activity with amitens project and I wanted help, so looked elsewhere for now).
This small game is now close to complete, so I went to amiten's website today to hand over my work only to find out that because I looked elsewhere for help Im now banned from amiten's project (I received an email to this effect, Im not just assuming).

Could just be me, but this seems kinda f@cked up.... no actual finished products yet and its already starting to have a bit of an odour to it.
Guess I'll have to start a competeing project.

Near as I can tell this is where I write something under the guise of being innocuous, but really its a pot shot at another persons/peoples choice of Amiga based systems. Unfortunately only I cant see how transparent and petty it makes me look.

Oh, it's a lovely site, if you like being whined at all the time because you haven't self-organized into a fully-formed game company and begun work on multiple projects in the space of a week, and being complained at for fraternizing with developers outside the "company..."
Computers: Amiga 1200, DEC VAXStation 4000/60, DEC MicroPDP-11/73

I am glad that Franko is a member there.

Could Amiten be the same guy from a few years ago that posted some footage of the Linux version of Driver and claimed it was a game he made for OS4? He also claimed to be working on a zombie game of some sort... Sure seems pushy enough to be the same. "Hey, quit doing that job that pays the rent and work on my project! It's been under a month now and I demand results!" Ahh, The hubris of the unemployed.

I see that there are many arrogant and I am not alone here, starting with the last liar and aware "Jorkany" that no one has called this funeral. Speaking of someone who does not know. Shut up liar. and inform yourself before you speak and assume ****.

 I start by Mr. Fishy_fish

you said it was going to work on my project was registered on the web could see the terms and conditions and yet you continued.

After Golini all you ask for help outside the project, because you did inside? I gladly would have helped, I am the first.
But you were looking for glory out and throwing **** excuse now to my website and me.

as I said in my message I do not want people like you who are in Amite software. point.

 Continue with Commodore_John

You three quarters of the same, says he will help with music and we never saw a single musical note as I said in my message of their music dull.

You have been offered to create music for many other sites and I wonder if much time has to make music at all because we have not seen a musical note in our project as much as you would speak?

Then you begin to be rude to me in the forums of my website, so we've taken out to you.

who is currently working on my website knows the good atmosphere that exists in it, and in the future be a thousand times better.

It's easy to complain to disqualify the other for their faults, who wants to believe these people are free to do it but I'm not like them sell.

I just want to give my support and hope to turn a little more the Amiga scene.

I apologize to moderators of this website if some of my words have been hard or think they have been disrespectful, but when they attack me without cause I defend.

For people who have personality and are looking for a place to develop freely supported by a group bigger day by day their ideas or share projects that together have the door open and you know where to find us. those who prefer to believe what is not true and prefer not to prove what I feel for them but I can not do anything.

Regards and Amiga Forever.

@Amiten

Perhaps you should concentrate on running your project(s) rather than flooding amiga.org about how everyone else is failing your standards? I am fairly sure everyone here would be most grateful.

In fact, since your forum has all that lovely fizz and jazz, perhaps you should leave this horrible place called amiga.org altogether?

And  perhaps you should be concentrating on Apple sites rather than flooding  Amiga sites with your non Amiga MorphOS and your arrogant and over  blown ego, I am very sure all Amiga users would be more than grateful  for this.

In fact since  your site is so boring why not stay there instead of boring real Amiga  users to death with your pompous pontification.

I guess it's my fault for thinking there couldn't be more than one self-obsessed bipolar cock like that in the world posting on this forum. If you claim to be the second, who am I to argue?

Yeah, dude? It was like a week. A week in which I had to help my family prep for a move, get things tidied up in my own apartment, go to work, keep up on my writing, and make myself dinner every night. I offered to help, not devote my farkin' life to you.

And what did you do? You whined endlessly on your forum (and here) about how people hadn't made tons of progress in a week. Then I offered to also help fishy_fiz (the only other contemporary offer of assistance I made, so I'm not sure where you're getting "many other sites" from,) and you emailed me personally to complain about it. So yeah, like any good cult leader, you've tried to stop people from fraternizing with outsiders. I don't need that ****, thanks.

(The ultimate irony, of course, is that I actually was working on some tooling stuff for making better four-channel tunes, but I guess any progress that isn't instantaneous doesn't count.)
