Hi everyone, just returned to the scene
« on: November 14, 2011, 06:44:33 PM »
I parted with my equipment a couple of years ago and missed it very much, I had been planning on purchasing a new laptop and just do the UAE thing, but I spotted an advert for an A1200 with monitor, 030 board and monitor plus an A500+ with a supra ram side cartridge and a stack of disks and CDs etc and couldnt resist :) her in doors has been kinda understanding too seeing as there are boxes of floppies everywhere lol... Figured I would say howdy once again and hope and look forward to mixing it with eveyone here :)

Howdy, and welcome!  I've only just re-entered the scene myself.  Those Amiga flames never really go out :)

I don't know what it is but UAE on a dogs-bollocks laptop just isn't quite the same. God preserve our capacitors. Welcome back!

Welcome aboard. UAE certainly has it's uses, but at the end of the day, you can't beat tinkering with the real stuff.
