Ha.  I have no idea what this even is or if it'd be even remotely useful for anyone here.  Looks like some kind of 68040/68060 logic analyzer?  It's not cheap, whatever it is!

It's probably part of an in-circuit debugger.  Years ago when I had just finished my CS degree, I was offered a job at DPT working on hard disk controllers.  (I turned it down, cheap bastards)   The had a tool that looked like this.  Basically, you unplug the CPU, then plug this into the socket.  Then the wiring harness goes to another dedicated computer that's a machine language debugger.

I'd expect it to be expensive, but not that expensive.

A VXL*30 ram board.  Not at all crazy.  These are super-rare, I know a few VXL*30 owners who need one.  Just wanted to share!  :)

A500 with Derringer accelerator, originally listed at $400, apparently it didn't sell because they relisted it at $475.  Doesn't that just fly in the face of logic?

You'd be surprised at the number of items which get re-listed at higher prices.  Some people are real rubes.  Then there's the guy about six months ago who was flogging his Atari 1040ST -- started at $550, then $475, then $425, then $350, then $225 (IIRC,) then $150 when it finally sold on a best offer.

*sigh*  I don't know why, but I feel compelled to get an ST or Falcon.  I can't imagine I would actually use it for anything, though.

Hi All,

Of course in Australia you could buy an Amiga 500, stock standard, apparently brand new in box for $2500. Untested.

Bargain.

How do you prove it isn't BNIB though. Open it up and check for dust or wear on the floppy heads?

That, sir, is a legitimate and very rare board. :)  Probably almost even worth a fair chunk of change.  There's a thread on it elsewhere on the forum from just a few days ago. :D

Here's another example of a person with no business using a computer.  Pages and pages of Amiga items, each one titled simply "Amiga" or "Amiga 2000", etc., regardless of if it's an actual system, a collection of games, software or books.  SMDH.  How hard is it to type a description of the item you're selling, and why do people like this always get hold of so much Amiga stuff?  :(

Also, looks like that Amiga 2200 board went for $7,100 the other day.  Whoa!  :D
