Huge lot of vintage Mac and Apple stuff.  I know the IIGS's alone are worth more than this.  Wonder what this will go up to?  Man, what I wouldn't give to find a lot of Amiga stuff like this!  C'mon, I know some of you hoarders are going to die someday!  ;)

I recognize that green book sitting flat on the Apple ][ monitor.  I had one I wore out almost as badly as I wore out my Commodore 64 Programmer's Reference Guide.  Sadly, I loaned it out to a "friend" who never returned it.

Yeah but the caps would have long since eaten away the motherboards. :laugh1:

Quite possible, I suppose!  I don't know anything about old Macs or Apple II's.  Is this a big problem with them?

I had 2 IIc's from '84 that I only sold a few months ago and neither had issues with caps failing.

I haven't a clue....I was referring to the the huge stash of Amiga's you'll eventually come into when the Amiga hoarders start popping their clogs.

:roflmao::roflmao:
One can hope, anyway!

You know, I always sort of wonder if one day some of these Amiga users (on this forum, for example) start to die off, and the only way we find out is that we see their systems pop up on some auction site.  Like I know my stuff would be pretty recognizable, for example.

Bah, that's a much too gloomy subject for this thread!

Ha ha, most expensive memory I've ever purchased was the 100 dollars for 2mb of memory I bought for my Atari Mega STe, which put me up to 4mb of ram, so I played Ultima 6 out of a ram disk!  That was freaking awesome.

Ha. Amiga 1200 tower, $1000. You'd think for that kind of asking price he could at least put some description?

This smells of one of those "the wife wants me to get rid of it, but I don't really want to" deals. ;)

EDIT: I got this message from the guy:  "Comes with blizzard 1230 iv accelerator, network card, graphics card. Powers up to no screen response, may be the graphics card. Sold as-is. Cant edit the listing."  Still over-priced, IMHO!  ;)
