Favorite Wrestler

I grew up on WWF (now WWE) and have to admit, It aint what it once were!

Not too many real good guys like the "Junk Yard Dog" or "Jimmy Superfly Snooka" around anymore to root for and I think anyone who was ever into wrestling misses Andre the Giant...

But with this new crew, who is your fav?

I can tell you who ISN'T my fav; Shaemus.  Dude is way too underhanded for me.  Sucz he's the only ginger too...

Closest to a likeable character for me is Cena, eventhough his whole "rap" motif just sucks!

Heh...be careful what you say about Sheamus:

GH: Are you a gamer?

Sheamus: When I was young, I had a Commodore 64 and then an Amiga

Not to worry. Franko didn't know either, at the time I pointed it out.

I thought this South Park episode about WWE was a classic, btw:

Sheamus or as John Cena likes to call call him the walking jar of human mayonnaise is rubbish I could beat him with me tickling stick any day of the  week... :)

Been watching the WWE since the mid nineties and have never missed one show (even when in hospital), Monday night RAW with goes out live over here at 2:am on a Tuesday morning and Friday Night Smack Down are watched religiously by meself every week (aint missed one show in the past 15 years)... :)

For sheer entertainment value very little beats it, blood, guts, drama, deaths even, the good guys, the bad guys, the intrigue , the lies, the deception, the back stabbing, the cry babies, the fakes, the actors, the infighting, the take over bids, the rigged matches, the corrupt management and almost anything else you can thinks of, what more could you want and where else are you gonna find all that in one place... ;) (and of course the Divas wouldn't be the same without the Divas)... :)

Me favourite wrestler of all time has got to be... nah wouldn't be fair to name him... might upset a few folk that would if they knew "Franko" was a !!!! suporter and then the poor bugger would cop all the flak... ;)

Highlights of this week (if not ever) was C.M. Punk Winning the WWE Championship live on Sunday nights Pay Per View "Money in The Bank" and walking out on WWE with the title and right royally shafting Vince McMahon & the WWE, then live on Monday Night RAW watching Vince getting fired from his very own company and reduced to tears in front of a worldwide audience, boy was I laughing me head of at that (still am)... :)

You know the WWE and all it's intrigue, over the top drama (and all the other stuff I mentioned) kinda reminds me of something else but for the life of me I can't quite put me finger on it at the moment... :)
