Can't wait! I was never much of a gamer, but I loved that Jim Sachs artwork. It was a great way to show off my Amiga 1000 back in '86.

Fun fact (or maybe it was just a screw up) about Defender of the Crown.

I used to play it on my Atari ST and totally killed on it, but when playing it on the Amiga I totally sucked.

The thing was, on the ST version, you could basically just keep moving the mouse into the lower corner towards your opponent during the jousting tournament and you would ALWAYS knock him off the horse.

Trick didn't work on the Amiga.  Not sure if I had a hacked version, or it was just messed up.  Kind of reminds me of Populous II.  On the ST you could hold down F9 and just give yourself mana.  Didn't work on the Amiga.

Via the iAmiga emulation system from Manomio. So much fun!

...It should arrive in the App Store in about two weeks and we'll be sure to let readers know when they can start to have fun storming the castles....

How they're emulating the controls? Works good?
Any ideas on the pipeline for other games?
Games will be sold separately or from inside another application?

Personally, I prefer each game to be it's own application.

I'll be getting it once I fix my iPhone screen ( they don't like being dropped!).  Also, at one time you could play DOTC online at cinemaware.com - but it seems the site isn't working anymore - it won't let me login!
