Hi All,
About three weeks ago I woke my Amiga out of her fully boxed slumber to have a walk down memory lane and I found that in doing so, I hadn't had so much fun with a computer in a long time. I've got an A1200 with a Blizzard '030 and 68882 FPU @ 50MHz with a total of 10Mb of ram and a 170Mb HDD. Historically, I started with an A500, moved to a CDTV, then traded that in (due to faulty video) for an A1200. The A1200 had its motherboard replaced under warranty but since then it's been great. Rather geekily, I have all the receipts and warranty repair documents

I ended up having to do some surgery on the Blizzard board as the battery was not holding enough charge to run the RTC so I replaced it and now I'm good to go. The RF modulator appears to be broken (the little screw is loose and just spins) so I'm using a SCART cable that I've wired up (I ended up buying 23-pin plugs from the US) giving better quality anyway so I'm not too fussed about the modulator and I guess I'll get around to fixing it at some point.
BITD, I developed a few different applications, the most successful of which was AGASSM which was reviewed in Amiga Shopper (iss. 62 or 63) in their Licenceware section and was awarded 95% with a Star Buy so I must've done something right

. The restricted version is on Aminet I believe.
I still have all the source code but it seems Blitz Basic is in a bad way as although it compiles code, some applications including AGASSM simply fail to run so I'm planning on re-installing BB2 and trying it all again. I suspect BlitzLibs is broken... The aim it to superceed the publically available version with one that does not require registration. That way, it may be of some use to some people rather than just another example of a restricted Licenceware app.
