@ Kesa

I'm an active person too, my right arm and hand when smoking a fag goes from my mouth to the ashtray and average of 400 times a day (10 puffs per fag x 40 per day)... :)

My diet is even more impressive, nice greasy fry up for breakfast Bacon, Eggs , Potato Scones, 2 Vindaloos or 2 Chinese Curry's for dinner, at least 6 bags of crisps per day, countless sweets and biscuits, minimum of 4 cans of Pepsi per day... :)

Never been over 10 Stone in me life (constant 9 Stone 12Lbs) and only 5'11"... :)

95% Fat Free body Index... :)

When I was young when we came home from School we were on our bikes no stop from 4:30 PM till 9 or 10: PM each and every day (even more during school holidays) must've averaged at least 30 miles per day (probably more)... :)

Only time I've been to gym was when we were forced to at school, but usually wrote a sick note "from my mum" to get out of that... :)

Quite often walk to Edinburgh and back during the summer months, from my house to the city centre 24 miles so that's 48 miles there and back not even counting the walk around the streets of Edinburgh... :)

Never been surfing, can't swim and the water round here's bloody freezing even in the summer... :)

All done on a good healthy dose of smoking... :)

Nothing "Cool" about it, you either enjoy it or you don't, simple as that... ;)

PS: Gave up drinking over 7 years ago and don't miss it in the slightest, just turns folk in mumbling or ranting nut cases and you can't understand a ruddy thing their gibbering about when they're drunk... (Hmm... wonder what Karlos excuse is then if he don't drink)... :D

Well, if you smoked, maybe you wouldn't be so fat.

LOL. You obviously don't know anything about the human body. 12% body fat is excellent. Professional bodybuilders often have body fat above 12% when on stage competing and they are ripped! This is because muscle stores fat. No way around it, body fat % changes in proportion to muscle mass. Over the last 2 years i have put on 10 kg of muscle and my body fat changed from 10% to 12% and i am leaner today at 12% than i was at 10%. Today i have a six pack which isn't consistent with being "fat".

@ Franko. Wow! only 5% body fat! I'm impressed even though that's impossible. As i said above muscle stores fat. If you have only 5% body fat you would have no muscle on your body. Make way for anorexic Franko! :roflmao:

I was kidding Kesa.  Maybe that 12% is all at the top. ;)

I was actually measured in hospital once in 2002 when I had been having trouble eating anything and my body fat index measurement was actually only 7%, so it's not impossible. I was down to 8 stone at the time and hardly had the energy to even stand let alone walk... :)

(95% fat free was a joke, but only just...) ;)

I'm regarded by everyone who knows me as the skinniest person they have ever known. Whenever I'm in hospital and if I need an X-Ray the medical staff often joke "no need to send him for one, just hold him up to the light"... :D

If you pinch the skin on for example my forearm it's only 3 to 4mm thick... aint no unnecessary fat on me... :)

Yeah 5% is either very athletic male or very high metabolism male...

Had a friend in college that had to eat 6000+ calories a day or his body would eat itself.  Dude weighed 130 tops, drank a twelve pack of beer a day and several ensures (think adult baby formula) as well as eating constantly.

You better be careful your bodyfat isn't in your veins. People who look fat can actually have a healthy fat percentage while some skinny can have a too high percentage.

Clearly i'm doing something wrong. I mean, maybe i should give all this up and start smoking so i can be "cool" like you guys. Why did you start in the first place? Makes no sense to me. I don't understand
Ah but then you've never enjoyed a good cigar. Ah, the soft but shimmering taste of slowly burning leaves, the smoke like a cushion... Sitting in a royal chair, having a little chat, it's something on itself so to say.

I quit smoking after 15 years of doing it rather heavily.

Yummy... thanks Speel you've just given me a new breakfast time treat... :)

Course you haven't lived until you've had an artery choking Deep Fried Mars Bar from your local Fish & Chip shop... :)

We have a saying here that goes "You haven't tasted nothing, until you take it to your nearest Chippy and get them to deep fry it..." :D
