TV Tuner Card For My Amiga 4000T

Hello All,
After using my A4000T with a Mediator PCI Busboard for over a week, after the power supply blow I am hook back with her again. I really want to install a TV Tuner card in her. But the problem there are so many TV Tuner cards out there I want to know which one will work and which ones won't. I would like one with a built in FM Tuner as well also it must be a digital tuner. I would love to hear your feedback on the matter.

You don't say what country you are in and whether you want satellite/cable or FTA....

I have an A1200 with Mediator, I'm using Pinnacle pctv pro and it's working perfect.

also is recommended for optimal image quality a GFX card with overlay support like the Picasso IV or Cybervision 64/3D
