Amiga 2MB Agnus project 5.0

Having a go at this, but have a question. If I do use this with the 2MB Agnus will this limit the trap door to 512KB even though I have a 2MB through the trapdoor using a Gary adapter?

I'm guessing the Gary adapter will stop the 2MB agnus card's 1MB from working?

Depends, I had a 2mb agnus in my a500 which still worked with 1.5mb in the trapdoor. IIRC it had 2mb of ram on it though, so it didn't need the motherboard ram or 512k from the trapdoor.
 
I need to dig it out and test it, but the gary adapter seems to be missing.

Usually these things come with 2 Meg RAM on the adapter board. Additional RAM in the trapdoor slot is not possible (at least not without heavy electronics modding).
