Anyone w/ experience with Ebayer raidovermoscow ?
« on: April 10, 2011, 07:31:11 AM »
I was looking through this guy's offerings, which is not limited to c64 / amiga but several platforms with everything "NEW FACTORY SEALED".  For 3 years doing this and selling multiple titles that are 30 years old.

Anyone have any experience with this guy?  It seems too good to be true and dunno if there is a buttload of asian reproduction knockoffs on c= software?

http://stores.ebay.com/Models-Games
is his store, and the direct link to his c= section is http://stores.ebay.com/Models-Games/Commodore-64-Amiga-Apple-/_i.html?_fsub=4&_sid=83069672&_trksid=p4634.c0.m322

dear raidovermoscow,

are  your c=64 / amiga games reproduction / value editions that were  produced years later?  You use stock photos and bash people who left bad  feedback.  It's hard to believe for 3 years you have been selling  multiple copies of 30 year old "new in box" editions.  These aren't original prints from the 80's / 90's are they ?

If they are i'm  aboard, i just don't want to get products that aren't the authentic  release editions that were originally in retail stores from the 80's /  90's, or chinese / asian counterfeits.

Thanks in advance.

I guess you have just answerd your own question :)

Really, do you believe that's sealed and new ?
In most of the cases it could be NOS or mint at tops, but certainly always used.

The games I bought from him several years back were NOS. The selection has thinned out considerably since the time I was buying, most of those titles are no longer sold. I don't think "the Chinese" are manufacturing an endless supply of fakes for this guy to sell on ebay.

He was a good seller from what I recall. Some games arrived nearly perfect, others had obviously been stocked at some point and exhibited minor shelf wear (or department store stickers). There are sellers who disclose every imperfection, but generally they are much more expensive.
