my amiga recovered
« on: April 06, 2011, 08:33:39 PM »
Dear Friends:

Every time I boot my amiga 1200, it boots up perfect
and everything works fine just like it used to.
I dunno what happened, but whatever it was, it
now works well.
If you remember, I thought a virus attacked me.
However, now everything works.
I dunno what happened, but it does not matter anymore.
All that matters, is that my amiga recovered and is now healthy.
Thanks all !!!!

...have you got a trapdoor memory and/or accelerator in there? When I had an A1200, I remember once in a while, strange behavior such as multiple resets or the computer refusing to boot. Had to make sure the trapdoor connector and accelerator connectors were really clean.

As NASCAR driver Rusty Wallace said referring to his car after failing to finish a race, "They run real good right before they grenade."
