Problems with Mediator 4000Di / CyberVision 64
« on: December 18, 2003, 04:18:13 PM »
I finally got my Mediator 4000Di.
I installed it after reading the manual.
The only trouble is now, that I can't run PCIInfo (or load pci.library) when my CyberVision 64 is active without a system freeze.

Anyone have any idea how to solve this problem?

Btw. the swap config jumper is closed (like said in the manual).

The swap config jumper is the one used to select a Z3 gfx card or a PCI gfx card?

There are three jumpers:

Master:
Open -   With SharkPPC(+) G3/G4 card installed.
Closed - Without SharkPPC(+) G3/G4 card installed.

Winsize:
Open -   Default.
Closed - With Voodoo4 or Voodoo5 PCI graphic card installed.

Swap config:
Open -   Default.
Closed - With Zorro III graphic card installed.

In my case only the Winsize jumper should be open.

@ ikir:

Seems like an idea. I'll try it.
