Another OS4 bug: Black-on-black menus

Apparently many programs (eg. Worm Wars) when running under OS4 have their menus as black text on a black background.
  Has this bug been reported to Hyperion? Is there a list of known OS4 bugs somewhere? Is there a workaround for this bug?

  I already run WinUAE+OS3.9, so you don't need to convince me of the superiority of OS3.9. My question is to help OS4 users.
  Does anyone have a serious answer to the question?
  I will ask at amigaworld.net, they seem to have slightly less dickheads there.
