Does anyone know are there worth of anything?

I bought one and it worked as a 2 button controller, for about a month. Then it didn't work at all.

I dont know if that was just a bad one, or if it is indication of their general quality. You can't argue with the price though.

You can never be sure with dealxtreme. Some of their suppliers are awfull, some are great. I normally wait for the reviews to come in (on their site, that is).

As cool as those are, the joysticks won't work on a real Atari, let alone an Amiga. Internally they're more similar to NES controllers, but with 9pin connectors attached and will only work with the Atari Flashback console.

Is there a guide yet to modify the Genesis controller so the one of the buttons works as UP for jumping/accelerating? I tried searching the A.org forums, but no luck.
A1200, Blizzard 1260 + 64mb, Indivision AGA, Subway USB, 8GB CF-HD, PCMCIA network card, OS 3.9.
And a couple of A600\'s :).

Hi!
It's not difficult if you (or a friend of yours) have some electronics skills: it's just a matter of connecting in parallel with one wire the up pad contact with the button you prefer (disconneting the original wire connected to the button).

To "do the action" the joystick/gamepad just connects the up/down/fire/etc signal to ground (GND - usually black wire).

Ask a friend of yours in case... it's a matter of minutes once you have opened it.

Actually guys and Cammy ;) I picked up a Sega Genesis Arcade controller for use with Street Fighter II. It works, but not all the buttons work.

I think I have the soldering skills for that, thanks for the info :).
First I will try it on one of my old joysticks, let's see how it works out.
If someone has done this to an sega controller please up some photos.

Worse case, look for the amiga/atari version of the gravis gamepad, as it has a switch that permits this
