Seeking games from Amiga Format Disk 89b
« on: March 13, 2011, 09:01:28 PM »
One is called R3, which upon writing this I just found and apparently in full version:

http://aminet.net/package/game/2play/R3

The other was called The Worms.

I am not home to test it, but am wondering if this is the same game:

http://aminet.net/package/game/2play/TheWorms

Lastly, if anyone has the CD or any other CD's that came with Amiga Format or CU Amiga, please PM me. Thankx!

:hammer:  For this CD and others from Magazzines search in the English Amiga Board FTP.

Enter in the page and sign up. Search for the FTP and you can access all the CD from Amiga Format CU Amiga and others.:roflmao:

Followed the link to the new Web Based Interface...

no more CD images. In fact there was hardly anything there. Likewise they do not appear to be in The Zone.

EDIT: And today the web based FTP seems to be fully populated...

...well there are a lot of CD images not there yet, but there are plenty still to choose from.

Nope, that is not this one. You are looking for Worms from Team17. Demo version can be found on Aminet. Two disks:

You can find the complete version from the Team 17 download page.
http://www.dream17.info/downloads.php?cat=1

All the ancient games for the AMIGA are there in the original version. even ISO to the CD32.

Great page.
