Question for Mod
« on: March 03, 2011, 09:33:35 PM »
I tried to upload an image with an attached URL but it doesn't show up in my sig (the graphic shows up on "Your Current Signature Picture" box though. The graphic is a jpg @ 9K / 405x85 pixel. I noticed that the only disallowed function in my profile is "Allow HTML No". Would this be the reason why? Could I get that turned on if that's the reason? I promise it's NOT a pic of Franco NAKED! And no... I don't have one but I heard that there's one floating around on MooBunny!

I wanted to link up my new Amiga project website....
http://www.prolaptopshop.com/amigamagic/index.html
Still pretty bare but just getting started.
You can click on A1200 project for the USB mod...
A500 and A2000 webpages active but nothing yet...  soon.

If your trying to enter a pic as part of your signature, you need got go to edit signature, upload you image and make your url look something like this... :)

Note: replace the () brackets I've used here with [] ones... :)

(URL="http://www.amigauk.com/")(SIGPIC)(/SIGPIC)(/URL)

thats the way to do it... ;)

It's full of my own special hand blended herbal tea mix... ;)

No point in asking a mod round here anything these days, they seem to be in hiding or fallen off the edge of the earth...

Nice site by the way... :)

You can if you want, but you'll most likely run out of friends if they look at any of my sites...

PS: not being picky here but it's Franko with a "k" not a "c", I've been wondering who this Franco person you were referring to was... :))

We had an incident with a nasty troll in the AM but he/she was banned pretty quickly thanks to quick action from Karlos. Other mods removed the very nasty comments he/she made. As a general rule personal attacks are frowned upon. Amiga.org life is back to normal.

Yeah.  Dammy may be an (insert word here), but he's OUR (insert word here).

Its like when you get in fights with your brother, and some outsider steps in, and quickly realizes that he's now fighting two guys :D
