This isn't my stuff. I'd just hate to see the guy bin it all.

From the UpstateNYAmiga mailing list:

Cleaning house, in SE Pa., in preparation for a move to warmer temperatures. Hate to throw all this in the trash - everything works - free.

Contact  jth737@verizon.net  if interested

Still have it all !

Getting ready to move and don't have time to inventory everything but here's
a quick list.
Got a 1000 with the 256K memory expansion and a 2M external (plug-in) memory
expansion - external disc drive - standard 1080 monitor.  Also a 2000 system
with 2M memory expansion - external disc drive- Thompson color monitor
(4120). Mice & keyboards + Dot-matrix printer.
Deluxe paint
Deluxe video
Superbase professional
Wordperfect
Copy stand - video camera - zoom lens - for digitizing
Lots of other software - utilities
Cables
Manuals
30-40 Amiga magazines

He's not interested in shipping, someone has to drive there to pick it up...

Note: I just e-mailed him.  This guy is in Philadelphia even though he posted in the upstate NY mailing list.

I just e-mailed him as well. I was just outside of Philadelphia last weekend. I can save it from the trash, but I hope someone closer can rescue the Ami's.

Cool.
My last resort was to beg my girlfriends cousin in Philly. I'd really hate to see a working A1000 get binned.

These damn teaser titles keep on fooling me.  How about "Amiga giveaway -- LOCAL PICK-UP ONLY"

Sorry non local guys, but I promise to save the load. I happen to have some a1000 and a2000 parts here too, so they will not only get saved but upgraded. I promise I will pass them along to fellow amigans here if I ever part with them.

I have an a500 and an a1200 here in my mancave fully repaired, upgraded and restored to working order. I guess I mean to say they will be equally treated well, so at least you know they are going to a good home.

To me, its like christmas came a little late. I can't wait to play with the new toys. I even cleared some space in the mancave just for them!

I just returned from picking up this load of stuff. Its a pretty amazing load of amiga. Besides the machines there were TONS and tons of software on floppy, and tons of boxed amiga software and games. I'd say a few hundred titles.
100's of books and magazines too...

Right now I'm looking through a crapload of "Software of the month club" floppies. Some interesting stuff on there.

Haven't booted up the machines but I will later today, its a stock amiga 1000 but with a 2meg sidecard ram upgrade, and a stock amiga 2000 but with 2 floppies.

Okay, back to amiga heaven now...
