Graphics pass-through cable for what card ?

I have a pass through cable I have forgotten for what graphics card it is made for.

It is either for a Piccolo 2.1 or a Gvp Spectrum 28/24.
The cable is 48.5 cm from plug end to plug end and it has this printed on it ' awm 2919 vw-1 80c 30v e138961 chuan wei'

If i remember correctly, the Spectrum would've taken a male 9 pin, so I'd have to guess it's for the other one.
