Sound Card
« on: December 10, 2010, 04:30:56 PM »
Please could anybody tell me what is the best sound card for my AmigaOS 4.1 Sam440ep and would I get it from any PC shop (like PC World). I know that I have to use 3.3v compatible PCI card or a 5v compatible PCI card.
Thanks
AmigaOS 4.1 FE Update1 running on AMCC PPC440EP with 1,024MB Memory and Radeon 9250.

Hi , you must use a 3.3 v card.
I have a SoundBlaster Live card, and works fine, but not all the card works, there's some low level cards that don't work at all, like the Bell series, and the SB0220.

The model I have working is the SB0100.
I get it in EBAY for 15 € + 3  € shipping.

Good lock.
