HI all,
I'm new to your site, but now to the Amiga. I first started back in 1987 whe I lived in Hawaii and have owned the A500 and upgraded to the A2000. I even belonged to the AHUG group at one time. I got out of the Amiga system in the 90's when I need to start learning and working with PC's and later bought another A500 and then another A2000. I haven't used my Amiga in a number of years but am getting interested in turning it back on and having fun with a real computer. I do Unix and Windows Sysadmin and can't find any fun with PC's. In the 80's everyone wasn't stuck to one or two platforms and there was always something fun and new happening wheither if was on an Amiga, Atari, Mac or even the C64.
Even though the HW may be old, it'll do things a Windows box can never do.
Thanks,
Jim
