Connecting a Flyer card to a Toaster
« on: December 04, 2010, 09:35:04 PM »
Does anyone remember how the internal flat ribbon cable between the Flyer and a Toaster 4000 goes?

I can't find it anywhere on the net and I don't want to go all the way back to the office for it.

Thanks

It goes WHEEE WHEEE WHEEE all the way home!
Sorry, couldn't resist. :)

Is this a from memory or open book question?
The 20 pin ribbon cable attaches from the back of the BNC on the toaster card to a connector labeled Toaster I/O on the flyer card near the back mounting plane.

What Toaster version are you using and what Amiga are you trying to install it into?

I think I've remembered why I'm confused.

I have a Toaster 4000 and a Toaster 2000 cable.

I'm missing the BNC daughterboard for the 4000 that has the cable on it.

Does this sound right or am I still forgetting something?

Edit: it's going in a 4000T
