It's pretty easy to make two bootable partitions on your drive and install them both, then just use them for a little while until you find the one you like most. Or make three partitions, have plain Workbench 3.1 on one, ClassicWB and AmigaSYS on the other two, and make your own hybrid system, taking the best parts from either one and learning more about the Amiga Operating System along the way.
While they're both well put together and are great for people just getting back into the Amiga or using them for the first time, I still found them a little too limited or flawed in some small way for my own purposes, so I started working on my own Workbench distributions to see if I could do any better myself. I'm working on two packs, one for moderately expanded Amigas and another for low-end systems. These won't be ready for a while because we still need an Amiga project forum separate from the discussion forums where we can get work done on things like this, but they're coming so keep in mind ClassicWB and AmigaSYS (and AmiKit) won't be the only choices for long.
I'm not trying to say anyone should stop using AmigaSYS or ClassicWB! They're great, and they're ready now. But I just don't think either one is perfect, and couldn't tell you which one to choose over the other.
