Disk Image

I seem to have a problem with a disk image? Everytime I reboot I get a message which says-:        no disk present in device CDO "diskimage.device unit 0" I have done a soft reboot and I have turned the Amiga off but still get the same message it all seem to happen when I put in a CUAmiga    disk in and it just happen to do this can anybody help. I`m running a AmigaOS 4.1 Update 2 AMCC

I have sorted it out all back to normal and I would just like to add is there any books that would     show how to use AmigaOS 4.1 with hints and tips.
