A1200 cdrom prototype

Does anone know what happened to this amiga 1200 cd32 add on? :confused:

There was also a grey one and according to amigahistory.co.uk it came before this second white prototype.




It would look kinda cool on my desk...  :rolleyes:
Even my cat doesn\'t like me.

No. What i meant was the actual prototypes that were made. Does anyone own one? Does anyone have any knowledge of them?

Maybe from a collectors viewpoint they might be quiet desirable...

It makes me wonder why we were happy to have such horizontally extended computers back then!

And the fictional Amiga 1800



Would have been awesome to have a machine like this back in the time (perhaps with custom chips for mpeg playback integrated)
