And my friends & family call me obsessed...

I'll just need to show them your little room (Amiga Museum) pics and then they won't be able to say another word... :)

Really neat set up... (but how do you keep it so tidy...) :)

Oh - it's not that tidy. I still have wires and stuff on the floor. lol

But.. my philosophy has always been: don't make a mess and you won't have anything to clean up. lol  Works for the most part. Just don't test that in my home office or storage section of the basement.

That's a lot of floppy drives! I thought the controller could only handle a total of 4.

Ahem! Nit picky time now :D

You say the A1000 is "completely stock inside", but it is running KS2.0? Please explain (in a Pauline Hanson voice - all Aussies will understand this :D)?

Nice setup by the way!

Andre's awesome Twinkick allows you to utilize extended memory as WOM large enough for a 512k Kickstart...

Hi,

@save2600,

This looks like a fake setup, the A1000 is running an updated version of an OS there, the original A1000 had a hand holding a floppy disk.

I am sorry but you have failed the originality test, do not pass go, do not collect $200, and as a punishment for cheating you will have to send me your setup for a total analysis so I can report your cheating ways to the Amiga clan.

I have no idea what your talking about, so here is a doggy with a small pancake on his head.

MorphOS is a MAC done a little better

Quite elegant.  Much the same way I was running 3.1 on my 1000 before I tried a Kickstart switcher.  Never could get my A530 to run on the 1000, though, and had to settle for an A500HD+.

Hi,

I wasn't trying to bash his setup, I was trying to get it for free by default, but I don't think he took the bait.

Really great setup! I always loved the A1000 case. I wish todays hardware wasn´t these black and silver, ugly boxes. I had to emulate the keyboard garage by propping my SAM on a stand.

(As a side note: Maybe it would be a good idea to get a different mouse mat for when kids or women come to visit, or when Mac haters browse through the gallery ;-)
