Hyperion have no stated interest in making OS 4 available for other PPC machines.  It likely could be done, if you had the skill set to do it, and files called Moana exist on the net, but given the lack of interest on Hyperion's part and the lack of people capable of making it work without Hyperion's blessing, the short answer is NO.

Rogue had this to say a while back about it (running OS4 on non-AmigaOne hardware):

"Pardon me, what market? The "I have a few PPC boards lying around" market? That hardly qualifies. Hyperion has repeatedly stated that our goal is to place OS 4 in the embedded market, namely for STB's, kiosk systems, point-of-sales and so on."

Since Hyperion has not issued a statement to the contrary, it must still be valid.

Check English Amiga board. They have a massive thread of people playing fiddlywinks trying (sometimes successfully) to get it to work.

No.

Hyperion chose to support certain PPC hardware configurations.
AmigaOS 4.0 Classic for A1200, A3000, A4000 with compatible PPC accelerators
AmigaOS 4.1 for AmigaOne SE, AmigaOne XE and MicroA1
AmigaOS 4.1 for Pegasos II
AmigaOS 4.1 for Sam440ep and Sam440ep-FLEX
AmigaOS 4.1 for Sam460ex ... coming soon
AmigaOS 4.x for AmigaOne X1000 ...

Moana project ?

Never shown in public (as far as I know).  It first hit the news around the time that Amiga Inc. terminated the contract for AmigaOS 4.0 and court proceedings started between Amiga Inc. and Hyperion.  I don't know the details, but I think it was killed due to licensing issues.  Apparently someone later released the files as they were.  Now and then someone claims to have it working on a certain version of the mac mini.

I'm guessing the original poster meant Apple G3s, G4s and G5s.  The Apple Gs!

Ahhh I see,  wondered what that link was about.  Though I am pretty sure the person posting that link realised that the OP was talking about PPC  macs G3,G4,G5 etc
