External SCSI to CF

But it seems there's compatibility issues with some CF cards.

Hmm, that is still pretty useful for a regular IDE HD, getting more troublesome to find a trustworthy SCSI II 50pin HD these days.

You can use just about any 68 or 80 pin hard drive with an adapter to 50 pins.. the adapters are cheap(~$5) and work fine.it works for scsi 3 -sca,ultrawide(u160,u320 etc).the drives and adapters are available on ebay usually.

Yeah I did this with old Dell server drives (Cheetah drives). It worked for a while, but then then went dead. For these, I kinda wish I used OS3.5, for the updated scsi.device and large drive support.
