Found this real wooden one on the net from 2004 by someone called FisherKing... :)

It was an Efika 5200b case. Quite nice..the working media tray was pretty slick.

Though not an "amiga"  - feel free to check out his Efika case in pictures (and I have a video up of his as well showing the tray operating)...as well as many other custom Efika cases on my site...

I'd like to point out that it is my son's sonic screwdriver in the photograph and not mine.  :D
