Holy ****, I finally beat Turrican 2
« on: August 01, 2010, 12:53:43 AM »
Maybe Im the worst person in the world at this, but I finally beat this game.

The alien levels are GRUELLING.  I ended with exactly 0 lives left, though I did have 4 continues unused from picking up diamonds.

Amazing game, and feels so good to finally beat it after so many years

actually Ive beaten that one quite a few times. Never beat 1 though...

2 is damn gruelling. The alien stage and the flight stages were tough as all hell.

I can still remember when I finally beat Turrican 2. It took a LOT of work. The joystick makes a huge difference in this game.

Feels good doesn't it :)? Have you beat Turrican 1? I think it's a tad harder than Turrican 2 even though T2 is a little more enjoyable.

Congratulations!

IMO all the Turrican games are quite challenging. Haven't even come close to finishing 2 yet, but finished 1 several times.

Yep, gonna have to play me some Turrican 1, 2, and 3 tonight.....

I havent beaten 1 yet. It seems the levels are a bit bigger and more open, so I tend to get lost in where to go :)
