Just ignore him I guess. It's his decision to not want a mac but he can't stop us talking about Apple hardware where MorphOS runs now.
After some struggle trying to figure out how to open the darn CD tray and boot from it (LOL, Apple newbie here!)I managed to boot the MorphOS CD on my eMac. It is SWEET!!!! LOVE IT already. Boots in no time and it really does have the Amiga Workbench feeling. Seems to be snappy and fast. Porting MorphOS to eMac was an excellent Idea IMO.
Sweet

I go the same feeling when I booted up my Mac Mini with MorphOS the first time

Isen't it great

And yes, porting to eMac was a good choice, cheep and without alot of trouble you can use a TFT monitor to it. Also the eMac is capable of using 2GB of ram

The Mac mini has the same FSB, Same kind of PC2700 RAM, so they are quite alike, besides the eMac has a lower CPU clockspeed then three of the Mac minis, also the later Minis can have 64 MB of DDR SDRAM wich I like alot

So they have quite the same preformance, I wanted a Mini because of the size.
Would tho be nice to se some benchmarks on both machines (all the PPC Minis and the 1,25GHz eMac)
Edit: According to the benchmarks here running all minis vs the 1.25GHz eMac the Minis wins on all tests but the MPEG4 Conversion Times when the eMac wins with 0.5 Seconds

How come?
