This is not what I wanted for my A4000!
I am a negative, rude, prick.

you do know these have been available at ... uh, everywhere in the world for a few years now?  That clever Amiga users have been using flash cards as SSDs for ages?  Etc. etc.?

And a JOYSTICK well slap my ass and call me sally.

Any of you really though it would be something more than a joystick: How is this different from any other hype that's being spewed around lately? At least they delivered, unlike some.

I am hereby announcing today that I am releasing a brand new Amiga product no Amigan can live without!  In fact, it's so awesome you may want to buy many of them!  These are brand new just for classic amiga users and as a result are available for the low low price of $1500 each!

hahahaha!

I have no dog in this fight but that is fucking hilarious!  Delivered?  Delivered?  What the HELL did they deliver?  They bought a half pallet of joysticks and SSDs from a wholesaler and that constitutes "delivering"?  By that logic UPS is a hub of computer super-geniuses!

Although the products aren't much interest to me personally, $195 to replace all three SCSI drives in a Flyer with an SSD solution seems like a pretty good deal.

I'm thinking some kind of joystick. Looking forward to the announcement...

We are not sure how Matt_H guessed one of the products so quickly? He wins a free Competition Pro Joystick for his on the money guess.

EDIT: And this is probably why Hyperion persists with the rather strange version numbering of their OS, i.e.:

OS4.1
OS4.1.1
OS4.1.2 ... etc, etc

Actually, its OS4.1 Update 1, OS4.1 Update 2. The reason for it is very simple indeed; the updates to OS4.0 were called "July update", or "Final update", with no consistency.

Now, there is consistency. Think of "Update" like "Service Pack", or "Boing Bag" but not as horrible.
