KS 1.2 vs 1.3

I have an a500 with ks 1.3, but I just scored a 1.2 ks off of ebay for $0.99. I  know that there are some old apps that only work with 1.2. So, should I switch out my ks 1.3 for 1.2? I don't have a hard drive and don't see myself getting one in the near future. Are there apps that only work with 1.3? I could get a rom switcher, but I really don't want to get one if I don't need it.

I used to have KS 1.2 and 1.3 for my Amiga 500. I remember only one game not running with KS 1.3 and only KS 1.2, but can not remember the name. On the other hand, many games did not work with KS 1.2, but worked fine with KS 1.3. I actually needed to switch ROMs when I bought KS 2.04 and some of the games did not work on the newer ROM. Most of the time Relokick was helping, but not always. KS 1.2<-> KS 1.3 switching is mostly pointless.

Agreed. You just wasted $1 + shipping on 1.2. Best keep 1.3 in there     Probably trivial for ya', but 1.3 also allows autobooting Workbench off of a HD. 1.2 does not.
