How much cache do you use ?
What cluster size ?
I have an 20G partision I like to have a few Divx to enjoy with frogger and is looking for best possible highend preformance.

hard one... , maybe this helps..
SFSconfig <>NIL: Stuff: 100 32384 107 5 1 COPYBACK
this gives atleast reasonable performance, anyway for divx i use scsi as ide here simply hogs too much cpu.
