Didn`t make sense.
I collect computers. The computer on offer is judged by me as not mint. I do not even give such machines a second glance. I have numerous A500+s that work perfectly out of their boxes. Getting a mint A500+ with seals intact in original box ... now thats a collectors item. And A500+'s are currently worth in working condition £25. Hardly going to make you a mint as a collectors item. One of the most prolific computers made of all time I would guess.
Anyway... we are quibbling over nonsense. The buyer makes the judgement, not the seller.
I also collect computers. Infact I have a lot. Commodore, Atari computers, 8-bit and 16-bits. Some classic Macs too. (you have more than me tho! LOL)
And I would rather collect a computer that is in MINT/NEW shape and has a broken seal, than a dirty nasty yellow dogged out system with a nice virgin seal.
That's just me tho! We just have a different collector business model
