Anyone got any experience with this device or similar, to output video signal to a VGA monitor?
 
Would this work for an amiga?
 
Whats the quality of signal ?

I don't see RGB input, so the quick answer is no.

Someone was offering SVIDEO mod for Amiga recently so meaby..

I use this - http://www.ambery.com/rgbcgatovgac.html and it works great.

On a related subject, I am selling these adapters.

The RGBi -> SVGA adapter could be used with an Amiga. Interlace would probably be out of the question.

work perfectly on VGA/LCD monitors when combined with these adapters - http://amigamaniac.com/RGB_to_PAL_NTSC_adapter.html

So I'm pretty sure your one should work too, at least with Composite until you get an S-Video adapter.
