What is a X500-F?
Earth has a lot of things other folks might want... like the whole planet. And maybe these folks would like a few changes made, like more carbon dioxide in the atmosphere and room for their way of life. - William S. Burroughs

For standard (small) motherboards? Sounds interesting...

Cool. What type of a motherboard is it geared for? All the ATX-type sizes?

I don't understand why you keep being such a tease like this. It's not building up hype, it's just annoying people.
A1200 Computer Combat. OS3.0. No accelerator, no fastram, mouse soon. And ebaying it.

Mini-itx and flex-atx, NO micro-atx and no full atx, they are much too big.

Sorry it's not my intention to tease...not anymore :-)

I can't show the full thing yet as I am still waiting for two panels (rear, I had to make some modifications, I have just received the backplates for my SAMs motherboards by ACube) and the right side (where a DVD-RW should fit).

Nice nice nice! In that case I'm excited. I was looking at building an AROS machine anyhow, and an A500 type case would be lovely!

Good! :-)

There is also a space for a logo/sticker so you can put whatever you like there saying "AROS", "LINUX", "AMIGA" etc...etc...:-)

Oh Jesus I thought Hypey Ron was gonna start with more of this 'What is X' bullshit again.

Every time I see the letter X these days it freaks me out.

Thanks Klx,

It's taken about four years, it started as a replacement case for the A1200 then the SAM mini-itx came out so I redesigned it to take mini-itx boards then the SAM flex came out... :)

If you are intent on building an AROS machine, in an A500 like keyboard chassis, might I suggest the all-in-one-keyboard from Commodore. http://www.commodoreusa.net
