I was still laughing when I read this.  My opinion is if you already have the hardware and want to use the roms you go for it.  That's why they were made.  For people to use.

Well finally sorted, it was the check sum errors causing the issue and it just so happened a rom file was in a checksum spot error though it wasn't stating the check sum error.
 
Thanks to all those that took the time to help out!  This is what makes Amiga still special, the Amiga community spirit of helping each other out!
